YouImprove2 works with clients in a safe and secure environment to help them with developing coping and other skills to use on a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger, C-PTSD, and relationship issues.
It involves regular sessions with goal-oriented, client-centered approaches to help the client gain insights and learn about themselves as they make connections about their experiences and symptoms.

Individual Therapy
Adults: Our counselors can help you overcome addiction, emotional issues and challenging times to lead a happy and more satisfying life. Help is available for relationship issues, divorce, parent-teen problems, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, family violence, grief and loss, as well as to achieve emotional and personal growth in your daily relationships and life.
Adolescents: The teenage and adolescent years can be difficult as these are typically times of transition and times when major life changing events may occur. Individual counseling can help teens and adolescents overcome and cope with parent-adolescent issues, family issues, divorce, depression, substance use, and self-esteem issues.
Couples’ Therapy
Couple’s therapy can help married and unmarried couples work through and deal with relationship issues, deal appropriately with their immediate problems, and to learn overall better ways of relating to and communicating with one another.
Couple’s therapy can also help with dealing with stressful times such as unemployment, or financial struggles, overcome frequent arguments and overall feelings of dissatisfaction in a relationship, following major stressors including the loss of a child, parent, or family member, overcoming infidelity, as part of pre-marriage preparation, to learn healthy and effective communication skills, and strengthen a relationship by encouraging honesty and openness.
Family Therapy
Family therapy can help families going through tough times to overcome these major life-changing events, learn new and more positive ways to communicate with each other, improve communication between parents and teens during periods of major transition including divorce, remarriage, or moves, when a teenager is having social or academic problems, when adolescents and parents are frequently arguing and having communication problems, when children are given mental health diagnoses, following the death of a loved one or close family member, if an adolescent has been through a life-altering event, and when a family member is diagnosed with a mental or physical illness.
Group Therapy
Groups available are Men’s and Women’s Enrichment, Addiction, and Self-Esteem. Substance Use Disorder group uses Modified Interactional Group Process which focusses on four areas: gratification and support, vulnerability of self, affect regulation, and self-care.
